Refund Policy

How DAKAEi handles cancellations, refunds, consumed allowances, and failed operations on paid plans.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not end the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends.
Refunds
If you are on your first paid period and have made little or no use of the plan, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.
Beyond that, payments for periods already begun are generally non-refundable, because the capacity has been reserved and the underlying costs incurred.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have a statutory right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days. Because the service is supplied immediately, that right can be reduced or lost once you ask us to start and begin using it, which is why the goodwill window above exists alongside it.
Consumer rights that apply where you live are not affected by this policy, and take precedence over it.
Allowances
Some features consume a monthly allowance, and using them costs us money each time. Allowance that has already been consumed is not refundable.
If an operation fails through no fault of yours and returns nothing usable, the allowance it consumed is returned to you. If it fails after producing partial results, only the unused portion is returned.
Unused allowance does not roll over into the next period and has no cash value.
Termination
If we terminate your account for breach of the Terms, no refund is due.
If we discontinue a paid feature you are actively using, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.
How to request one
To request a refund, write to contact@dakaei.com from the email address on the account, with the date and amount of the charge. We aim to answer within five business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. How long they take to appear is up to your bank.
