Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to everything you do with DAKAEi, including what your agents and automations do on your instructions. Breaking it is a breach of the Terms of Service.

Prohibited content and purposes

Do not use DAKAEi to break the law, or to help anyone else do so.

Do not use it to produce or distribute material that sexually exploits children, incites violence, harasses or threatens people, or promotes self-harm.

Do not use it to impersonate a real person or organisation, to create content designed to deceive people about who is speaking, or to generate fake reviews, records, or credentials.

Do not use it to build profiles for surveillance, to infer sensitive characteristics about people without a lawful basis, or to make consequential decisions about individuals, such as employment, credit, housing, or insurance, without meaningful human review.

Data collection

Features that fetch external data are for legitimate research, prospecting, and market analysis. When you use them you must comply with the terms of the source, with applicable data protection law, and with marketing law in the places you contact people.

Do not use collected data to send unsolicited bulk messages where that is unlawful, to scrape at a volume designed to burden a source, or to circumvent a source's access controls.

You are the controller of personal data you collect this way. Having a lawful basis to collect and use it is your responsibility, not ours.

Platform integrity

Do not attempt to breach account isolation, access another user's data, or escalate your permissions.

Do not probe, scan, or load-test the service without our written permission. Security research is welcome under the process in the Security Overview.

Do not attempt to extract underlying prompts, model weights, or infrastructure detail, or to use the service to build a competing model or product.

Do not circumvent plan limits, quotas, or metering, including by automating account creation.

Resale and automation

Do not resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties as your own, unless we have agreed to it in writing.

Do not use automated means to access the service outside interfaces we provide for that purpose.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches, and may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts. Where there is a risk to other users, to the service, or to someone's safety, we may act immediately and explain afterwards.
